Weiser is a city in Washington County, Idaho, United States. The population was 5,405 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Washington County. The city is named after Chief Weiser of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribe. Weiser is the birthplace of Meriwether Lewis, of the famed Lewis and Clark expedition.
